Between work and family, you are being pulled in many different directions at once. Often, by the time you get home (or escape from your home office) to face the fridge, preparing a balanced, nutritious meal that tastes great is not in the cards.
That's Where I Come In.
I will work with you to determine your needs, discuss your likes and dislikes, and create a selection of entrees and side dishes specifically for you. I do all of the shopping, come to your home to prepare the food, clean up, and leave everything in your refrigerator packaged and labeled with nutritional information and reheating instructions.
Food Philosophy
Julia Child said, "You don't have to cook fancy or complicated masterpieces, just good food from fresh ingredients."
I try to cook the things that you would like to make if you had the time and/or inclination. I use the best seasonal products I can get my hands on to create a delicious and nutritionally balanced meal.
Special Diets Are My Specialty
Trained in natural foods and health-supportive cooking, I often work with individuals and families on special diets or with diet-related health concerns, including:
Gluten free and dairy free
Low carb/keto
Plant base, vegetarian, and vegan
Low sodium
Allergies such as nut, dairy, soy, wheat, egg, and shellfish
I can also provide all necessary nutritional information for clients.
